Sudirgo is a Civil Engineer from ITS Surabaya, Experienced 14 (fourteen) years in Banking sector, either local and foreign banks, with last position as Division Head in Merchant and Investment Banking. Continuing his Career in Peak Securities for 14 (fourteen years) with last position as a Professional President Director until June 2019, with expertise in Corporate Finance.

Commissioner Profile : Ms Astuti Widyawati is an Accounting Bachelor Degree from Universitas Surabaya. Continuing her career in insurance business for 20 (twenty) years and currently her position as District Manager in PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia.
